**LIMITED PLACES.

We offer a 2-hour session on Saturday mornings [weather permitting]. The cost of each session includes equipment hire, instruction by qualified Archer Australia Coaches and Instructors, and liability insurance.

BOOKING AND IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Bookings and prepayment are required, you can no longer “just turn up” as we have a limit on numbers for our sessions.

- Tickets are non-refundable, if you cancel less than one day prior (24hrs). If you do not turn up on the day, there is no refund, and the tickets are not transferable to another session. However, if you need to amend a session booking, please email the club (northeasternarchers@gmail.com) with at least 24 hours’ notice.

- In the event North Eastern Archers is required to cancel a session due to inclement weather or other reasons, a transfer to an alternate day will be offered, or you may choose a full refund.

- We endeavour to adhere to all current COVID Safe Setting issued by the Victorian Government and expect our participants to do the same. Social distancing and masks may be required at times (please check current COVID restrictions). However, regarding masks, they can be removed whilst actively shooting (for safety), please ensure that you have your own COVID safe mask with you.

- COVID Safe Settings may also restrict group sizes, therefore please leave spectators at home. Participants who are under 18 years of age, MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian 18 years or older, for the entire duration they are at North Eastern Archers Inc.

- Hand sanitizer will be available, but feel free to bring your own.

- A Service Victoria QR code check-in is required when you arrive at the Club (this is non-negotiable, no scan no play!), so please arrive at least 15 mins prior to allow time to complete this along with equipment fit out.

Note: All equipment is sanitized before and after each use.

PRIOR TO THE SESSION
Before you attend the session please consider the following:
- Please wear closed-in flat shoes, no heels or partially open shoes are permitted.
- Please wear ‘fitted’ clothing where possible avoid baggy type clothing.
- If you have long hair, please ensure you have a method to tie it back during the session.
- North Eastern Archers Inc. retain the right to refuse any participants, if it is felt they pose a risk to the health and safety of others.
- A Maximum of 12 visits, after which time you must join the Club.
- The recommended age for children to participate in archery activities is from 8 years of age. If your child is under 8 please contact us first before making your booking (northeasternarchers@gmail.com).
